According to some sales consultants, the Jeep Wrangler is now offered with discounts of up to 800 million VND at dealerships.
The Jeep Wrangler was first introduced in Vietnam in December 2020. It is an off-road-oriented vehicle developed based on a body-on-frame structure.
The Jeep Wrangler is currently available in Vietnam in the following versions: Sport, Willys, Islander, Sahara Overland, Rubicon, Rubicon (2-door), and Sahara Attitude.
Currently, customers who purchase the Wrangler Rubicon and Wrangler Sahara versions will receive support for 200% of the registration fee. The listed prices of these two versions are 4.088 billion VND and 3.886 billion VND, respectively. After the discount, the cost to customers is only 3.379 billion VND and 3.099 billion VND, respectively.
The Jeep Wrangler has overall dimensions of 4,334 mm in length, 1,894 mm in width, and 1,841 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,459 mm for the 4-door version. It has a ground clearance of 282 mm and a water wading capability of 762 mm.
Overall, the designs of the Wrangler Rubicon and Wrangler Sahara versions do not differ significantly. The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is positioned as the highest-grade version and is equipped with features suitable for off-road driving. On the other hand, the Wrangler Sahara version is more suitable for daily commuting.
In terms of interior, the Wrangler Rubicon and Sahara both feature convenient amenities such as an 8.4-inch screen compatible with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, dual-zone automatic air conditioning, and Alpine sound system.
As the higher-grade version, the Rubicon has some unique features, including a two-tone interior color scheme and off-road-support buttons.
Both versions are powered by a 2.0L turbocharged engine that produces 270 horsepower at 5,250 rpm and 400 Nm of torque at 3,000 rpm. The engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and a four-wheel-drive system. The Rubicon version is exclusively equipped with a front/rear differential lock system, Off-road+ mode, and temporary disconnect function for the balance bar.
