A recent video circulating on social media captured an unexpected incident involving a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado transport vehicle overturning while in motion.
The event took place on August 18 in China. According to the shared footage, the transport vehicle was attempting to overtake a parked car when the driver had to simultaneously steer clear of an oncoming container truck. Unfortunately, this maneuver caused the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado to lose control, collide with the roadside, and flip over.
A taxi parked nearby swiftly reacted by moving away from the hazardous area, likely avoiding any harm.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported, but the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado units being transported may have sustained some damage.
It is understood that the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado vehicles involved in the accident were manufactured at the FAW Toyota joint venture factory in China.
These particular models are equipped with a 2.4L turbocharged gasoline hybrid engine, delivering an impressive combined output of 326 horsepower and 650 Nm of torque.
In Vietnam, the new Toyota Land Cruiser Prado is expected to be launched by the end of this year. The vehicles will be imported directly from Japan, rather than China, ensuring that this accident will not impact the delivery process for early adopters.
