From September 1st, 2024, the total time for providing genuine parts and components for replacement and repair under the aftersales service for VinFast electric vehicle lines will be shortened to a maximum of 24 hours.
Continuing to strongly promote the campaign “Fierce Vietnamese Spirit – For a Green Future” and bringing optimal benefits to customers, VinFast commits that from September 1, 2024, it will shorten the time for providing aftersales parts and components to a maximum of 24 hours, thereby upgrading the service quality to the highest level in the market.
This is an unprecedented commitment from a car manufacturer in the Vietnamese automobile market, helping to reduce car repair waiting time and bring maximum satisfaction to customers.
To fulfill this commitment, VinFast has invested in a system of transit warehouses in different regions across the country, while establishing an optimized operating procedure that interconnects the factory, central warehouse, transit warehouses, and service workshops.
