One of the electric motors functions as a generator, while the other drives the car. These motors contribute a combined output of 184 horsepower. The total system output of the Honda Civic e:HEV RS is 200 horsepower and 315 Nm of torque. In addition, it offers four drive modes: Econ, Normal, Sport, and Individual.
On the other hand, the G and RS versions continue to use the same 1.5-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine as before, which delivers 176 horsepower and 240 Nm of torque. The power is sent to the front wheels through a continuously variable transmission (CVT). The car features steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters and two drive modes: Econ and Normal.
In addition to the new engine, the 2025 Honda Civic for the Vietnamese market also receives subtle improvements in exterior design and interior equipment. It will be available in various color options, including pearl white, deep luminous black, rally red, metallic gray, and cosmic blue metallic. Notably, the cosmic blue metallic color will be exclusive to the e:HEV RS version.
Other notable equipment includes a Bose 12-speaker audio system for the e:HEV RS version, the Honda Connect telematics system, and active noise cancellation. Additionally, the car gains rear sensors, six airbags, and the Honda Sensing suite of advanced safety and driver-assistance systems as standard across all three versions.
