The Gumball 3000 2024 supercar event, the largest of its kind in the world, is heating up by the day. Recently, several more cars were shipped to Vietnam, again via Tan Son Nhat airport. While there were fewer images leaked this time, a very special car was among them and has been shared widely.

This car is the Chevrolet K10, a model produced 64 years ago and has since gone through four generations, with the fourth generation ceasing production in 2002. The Chevrolet K10’s price overseas ranges from a few tens of millions of dong to several billion dong, with some models even more expensive than a new Porsche 911. So, the arrival of this car in Vietnam for the Gumball 3000 event has sparked great interest.

This Chevrolet K10 will be driven by two Americans and is part of team number 88. The team has been gifted £510, equivalent to 16 million dong. The car’s exterior stands out with its shimmering emerald green paint, white accents, and chrome grille.

The Chevrolet K10 is a lightweight pickup truck with only two seats and a spacious cargo bed. The Gumball 3000 participant has modified the suspension and fitted large wheels, giving it a very rugged look. This car will be one of the highlights of the world’s largest supercar event, which will officially take place over two days: September 14 and 15, 2024, in Vietnam.
