Get ready, Vietnam! On September 14th, car enthusiasts will have the opportunity to witness hundreds of supercars from around the world converging in Ho Chi Minh City for the Gumball 3000 rally.

In anticipation of the event, the supercar collection of Dang Le Nguyen Vu, the “Coffee King,” has been hard at work preparing for their showcase at Gumball 3000. It is known that Vu will be bringing 15 Ferraris, along with a few other remarkable machines: a Bugatti Veyron, a Ford GT, and a Ford GT ’67 Heritage Edition.

Among the Ferraris, the 458 Spider stands out. Originally sporting a vibrant red exterior, the “Coffee King” has transformed it into a sleek silver machine, one of his four favorite colors. This rare spider is one of only three of its kind in Vietnam.

Under the hood, the Ferrari 458 Spider boasts a 4.5-liter V8 engine that delivers 562 horsepower and 540 Nm of torque. Coupled with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission, this supercar sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds and reaches a top speed of 320 km/h.

Joining the lineup is the formidable Ferrari 488 GTB. It’s equipped with a twin-turbocharged 3.9-liter V8 engine that pumps out 661 horsepower and 760 Nm of torque. Combined with a 7-speed automatic dual-clutch transmission, this supercar accelerates from 0-100 km/h in a breathtaking 3 seconds and reaches a top speed of 330 km/h.

The Ferrari 430 Scuderi, affectionately known as the “old horse,” is also gearing up for the “World’s Largest Supercar Rally.” This supercar is powered by a 4.3-liter V8 engine, similar to the Ferrari F430, but with an enhanced output of 503 horsepower and 471 Nm of torque at 5,250 rpm. It accelerates from 0 – 100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds and reaches a top speed of 319 km/h.

The Ferrari F430 Spider is one of the Chairman of Cafe Trung Nguyen’s beloved choices, so it’s no surprise that it will be joining the Gumball 3000 2024 event.

At the heart of the Ferrari F430 Spider is a 4.3L V8 engine that produces 483 horsepower and 465 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed manual transmission. It accelerates from 0-96 km/h in 3.6 seconds and has a top speed of 300 km/h.

The Ferrari 360 Spider, the first of its kind in Vietnam, is also getting ready for Gumball 3000 with a fresh new decal. In “Qua” Vu’s collection, there are at least two 360 Spiders in striking red and silver hues.

The Ferrari 360 Spider is powered by a 3.6-liter V8 engine, naturally aspirated, producing 400 horsepower and 373 Nm of torque, coupled with rear-wheel drive. It accelerates from 0-100km/h in 4.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 288km/h.

Joining its fellow Ferraris is the Ferrari Roma, which will be making its second appearance in Vietnam at Gumball 3000 2023. Originally sporting the traditional Rosso Corsa red exterior, it now flaunts a sleek silver coat and bears the distinctive “UN” initials on its body, reflecting its new ownership.

The heart of the Ferrari Roma beats with a 3.9L turbocharged V8 engine, delivering a staggering 612 horsepower and 760 Nm of torque. Combined with an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, this Italian masterpiece accelerates from 0 – 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds and reaches a top speed of 320 km/h.
