With just under two weeks to go, the world’s largest supercar rally, Gumball 3000, is set to kick off.
This year’s rally will feature 121 teams, numbered from 0 to 120, with a host of supercars and hypercars in attendance.
Among the confirmed participants is the iconic Pagani Huayra BC Roadster, a limited-edition supercar with only 40 units produced globally.
The Pagani Huayra BC Roadster is also one of the most expensive cars in this year’s Gumball 3000, with a starting price of $3.5 million (approximately 86 billion VND). According to sources, the actual price, including taxes and fees, exceeds 230 billion VND.
This particular Pagani Huayra BC Roadster boasts a silver exterior with striking green stripes and red accents. Its appearance exudes a racing spirit, complemented by aerodynamic elements.
Weighing just 1,250 kg, the Huayra Roadster BC is 30 kg lighter than the standard Huayra Roadster thanks to its new, lighter, and stronger carbon-titanium chassis developed by Pagani themselves.
Under the hood, the Huayra BC Roadster is powered by a 6.0-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine, delivering an impressive 789 horsepower and 1,099 Nm of torque. This power is transmitted to the wheels through a new 7-speed Xtrac automatic transmission, resulting in exceptional performance.
Owned by a well-known Singaporean collector, it remains to be seen whether this car will be on display or take part in the cross-country journey. Nonetheless, its presence is sure to excite automotive enthusiasts.
