Lexus Cup 2024 – An Exclusive Annual Tournament for Lexus Owners

After the Northern and Southern regional qualifiers, Lexus Cup 2024 returned with its grand finale at Laguna Lang Co Golf Club, Thua Thien Hue Province, on August 8-9. The golfers had a chance to network and practice on the course during the first day before the official tournament. The mid-August central coast sunshine did not dampen the golfers’ enthusiastic spirit. Lexus Cup 2024 witnessed exciting competitions and golfers’ efforts to surpass themselves, not only for personal achievements but also for the prestigious team award.

The participants were divided into three groups: A (HDC 00 – 15), B (HDC 16 – 21), and C (HDC 22 and above). They competed in an 18-hole stroke play format to determine the first, second, and third place winners for each group, as well as the Best Gross and Ladies Champion awards for the female golfer with the best gross score. Additionally, there was a Best Team award for the top-performing team, three technical awards, and two consolation prizes. Notably, this year’s Hole-In-One (HIO) prize was a Lexus ES 250 F SPORT – a boldly designed and powerful car that delivers an exhilarating and emotional driving experience. After a tense and exciting day of competition, the winners were proudly announced, except for the HIO award, which awaits a lucky golfer in the next season.

Each season, Lexus carefully selects internationally-acclaimed and environmentally-friendly golf courses to provide the best experience for its customers. Following the success of the previous season, the Laguna Lang Co Golf Club was once again chosen as the venue for this year’s tournament. Its naturally-integrated yet challenging design, featuring diverse terrain, offered memorable moments for the participants.

This year, Nguyen Thai Duong, head coach of the Vietnamese national golf team, continued his partnership with Lexus Cup 2024. His presence on the final competition day inspired and motivated the golfers.

The Tournament’s Outstanding Highlights

On the first day, a welcoming party was held on the golf course itself, offering an open and liberating experience as guests admired the golf course in the dazzling evening light. In contrast, the awards ceremony was an emotional climax, with winners announced in a refined and elegant Lexus-style setting. Guests were also treated to a jazz performance and a unique dining experience featuring Whisky Royal Salute 21 and a special Lexus-inspired menu.
