Honda recently announced the opening of reservations for the updated Honda Civic in Vietnam.

The 11th-generation Honda Civic will be launched in the Vietnamese market in October 2024, offering a premium sports car with superior performance and a host of technological, design, convenience, and safety improvements.

Notably, the new Honda Civic’s first-ever Hybrid engine emphasizes its sporty DNA and demonstrates Honda Vietnam’s commitment to the Vietnamese government’s and Honda Motor’s carbon neutrality goal for 2050.

Powerful and Unique Performance

The distinct competitive advantage of Honda’s automotive products is their sporty and exhilarating driving performance, delivering an enjoyable experience for customers. The new Hybrid engine, combined with the Civic‘s sporty DNA, promises exceptional power and outstanding fuel efficiency, optimizing performance while reducing environmental impact.

Immerse yourself in the world of speed with the Honda Civic e:HEV RS, offering thrilling acceleration and smooth, responsive handling. The 2.0L combustion engine, paired with a Hybrid motor, delivers an impressive 200 Hp (149 kW), ensuring a powerful and agile drive with every turn of the wheel.

Alongside the new Hybrid engine, the traditional 1.5L VTEC TURBO engine is retained in the RS and G versions, producing a maximum output of 176 Hp (131 kW) at 6,000 rpm and a peak torque of 240 Nm between 1,700 and 4,500 rpm. This, coupled with a sturdy chassis, ensures an enjoyable ride for passengers on all types of roads.

Sporty and Stylish Design

The Honda Civic‘s interior and exterior designs have been subtly refined, enhancing its contemporary and appealing look. The grille has been redesigned with a hexagonal pattern, a sharper front bumper, and a large, sporty air intake to improve aerodynamics. The dark-toned taillights create a harmonious and bold look, accentuating the car’s overall dynamic and liberated design.

Superior Safety and Advanced Features

The new Honda Civic not only boasts a stylish design but also incorporates unique features such as the advanced Honda CONNECT telecommunication system in the e:HEV RS and RS versions. It also includes active noise cancellation and a modern personal driving mode in the e:HEV RS variant. All three versions are equipped with the cutting-edge Honda SENSING safety technologies: Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS), Adaptive High-beam Support (AHB), Adaptive Low-beam Support (ADB), Adaptive Cruise Control with Low-Speed Follow (ACC with LSF), Road Departure Mitigation (RDM), Lane Keeping Assist System (LKAS), and Front Vehicle Start Notification (LDN)

In addition to the existing Honda SENSING features, the car is also fitted with a rear sensor system and six airbags as standard across all three versions, ensuring the highest level of protection for occupants and other road users.
