VinFast recently announced the sale of portable chargers specifically designed for their VF 3 model, with sales commencing on August 15th.

Specifically, the company is offering two options for handheld chargers to its customers. One type supports a power output of 2.2 kW and is priced at 4 million VND, allowing owners to charge their VF 3 at home conveniently.

Additionally, customers can opt for the VF 3 OBC (On-Board Charging) handheld charger, which not only enables home charging but also serves as a converter, allowing the mini electric car to connect to public AC charging stations. This device will be priced at 6 million VND.

The 4 million VND charger is ideal for those with access to domestic electrical outlets, such as home garages or apartment building basements. On the other hand, the 6 million VND option is more suitable for individuals without home charging capabilities, as it enables them to utilize public AC charging stations without relying on DC fast chargers.

In addition to introducing home charging solutions, VinFast is also preparing to launch a range of accessories to enhance the VF 3 ownership experience. These include a roof rack, steering wheel cover and trim, floor mats, a rearview camera, and leather seat covers. The pricing for these accessories has not yet been disclosed.

On August 1st, 2024, VinFast officially delivered nearly 100 VF 3 vehicles to customers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. From now until the end of the year, the company plans to deliver a total of 20,000 vehicles to eager customers.
