VinFast Auto has recently announced an exclusive partnership agreement with Al Mana Holding for the distribution of electric vehicles in Qatar.

The first VinFast dealership is set to open in the capital city of Doha in Q3 2024 and will showcase the electric SUV models VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9.

As per the agreement, Al Mana Holding will become the exclusive dealer of VinFast in Qatar. With their extensive experience and reputation in the automotive industry, Al Mana Holding will be a trusted partner, helping VinFast quickly capture the promising Qatari market by establishing a professional network of showrooms and services in the country.

Founded in the 1950s, Al Mana Holding is one of the leading economic groups in Qatar. Sharing a common vision for a greener future, the collaboration between VinFast and Al Mana Holding promises to bring green and smart mobility solutions to the people of Qatar, contributing to the country’s sustainability goals as well as those of the Middle East region.

Mr. Ta Xuan Hien, General Director of VinFast Middle East, stated, “The agreement with Al Mana Holding marks a significant milestone in VinFast’s global expansion strategy and, more specifically, our penetration into the Middle East market. We believe that partnering with this reputable and experienced group will enable us to bring our smart electric vehicles and highest-quality services to customers in Qatar as soon as possible.”

Since Q4 2023, VinFast has shifted its strategy from a direct-to-consumer sales model to a hybrid model by leveraging existing distribution infrastructure through the establishment of a global dealer network. The expected sales through these dealers will contribute significantly to VinFast’s performance in the second half of 2024.

In addition to key markets such as the US, Canada, and Europe, VinFast is aggressively entering Asian countries such as India, Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines, along with the Middle East and African regions.
