On September 7, 2024, Honda Vietnam introduced an updated version of its popular Lead 125 scooter series. This new iteration features refined design elements and a fresh color palette, enhancing the appeal of this flagship model from the renowned Japanese brand.
The 2025 Honda Lead 125 boasts sleeker lines, with a more compact and elegant front design accented by a chrome-plated ‘V’ emblem on the grille. Distinctive 3D-effect side grooves and an entirely revamped “LEAD” logo further elevate the scooter’s aesthetic appeal.

Moreover, the Special Edition of the Lead 125 introduces a new color option: a sophisticated grayish-green, complemented by a chrome-plated “LEAD” logo in yellow. Meanwhile, the Premium version offers a choice between red and deep blue, while the Standard model comes in a classic white hue.

The scooter is available in five attractive colors.
Notable features of the 2025 Honda Lead 125 include a two-tier LED headlight system, a redesigned instrument cluster blending analog and digital displays, and a Smart Key anti-theft system. The front lighting remains on during operation, ensuring optimal visibility and enhancing the scooter’s presence on the road.

Under the seat, you’ll find a spacious 37-liter storage compartment, complete with a new divider and an interior light. The Special and Premium editions feature an enlarged and deeper front storage compartment with a convenient latch, along with a Type-C charging port for on-the-go device charging.

Notably, Honda Vietnam has equipped the Special Edition Lead 125 with an anti-lock braking system (ABS) for the first time. Powering the 2025 Honda Lead 125 is the familiar eSP+ 4-valve, 125cc engine, delivering 11 horsepower and 11.7 Nm of torque. The engine features liquid cooling, electronic fuel injection, and an Idling Stop system for enhanced efficiency.

The new Lead 125 is now available at authorized Honda dealerships and service centers (HEAD) nationwide as of September 4, 2024. It comes with a three-year or 30,000-kilometer warranty, whichever comes first.
