In addition to modern and new models, many Vietnamese tycoons also have a passion for classic sports cars. And the Porsche 930 Turbo Cabriolet is one of them.

As a historic model, the Porsche 930 Turbo was produced by the German automaker from 1975 to 1989 and is considered the turbocharged variant of the 911. Currently, there is only one Porsche 930 Turbo Cabriolet in Vietnam, owned by a tycoon in Saigon.

The unique Porsche 930 Turbo convertible in Vietnam boasts a sleek black exterior, paired with round, protruding headlights and 5-spoke wheels with thick, white-accented rims.

Additionally, it features a large, fixed rear spoiler inspired by the shape of a whale’s tail. To comply with safety standards, the 930 Turbo in Vietnam also has two protruding details on the rear bumper.

Despite showing signs of aging after decades of use, the car still retains a certain level of shine, indicating the meticulous care and attention it has received from its owner.

In terms of interior, the cabin of the Porsche 930 Turbo Cabriolet is adorned with bright leather upholstery and a minimalist design, featuring only a steering wheel and a set of five analog gauges. Overall, the cabin is well-preserved, with the details still looking rather glossy.

Being from the second generation, this one-of-a-kind Porsche 930 Turbo Cabriolet in Vietnam is equipped with a 3.3L turbocharged engine (an increase of 0.3 liters from its predecessor) and a 5-speed manual transmission.

With the new tweaks, the output has been boosted to 296 horsepower (an increase of 40 hp) and 412 Nm of torque (an increase of 83 Nm). It can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 257 km/h.
