During the 25th Gumball 3000 journey, amidst a sea of stunning, unique, and exotic cars, a very special vehicle stood out to automotive enthusiasts. It wasn’t the limited-edition Lamborghini Urus Performante Essenza SCV12, but rather a high-performance Lamborghini Urus Performante with a distinct license plate that revealed the owner as a true enthusiast of the world’s largest supercar rally.
The Lamborghini Urus Performante, with its unique license plate, stood out among the Pagani Huayra BC Roadster, Koenigsegg Regera “Honey”, Porsche Carrera GT, Ferrari 812, Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series, and Porsche 911 GT3 RS 992 at Gumball 3000 2024, without the need for flashy decals.
The high-performance SUV with the Gumball license plate boasts a green exterior with carbon fiber accents, reminiscent of the press release images of the Lamborghini Urus Performante when it first debuted.
The Lamborghini Urus Performante differs significantly from the standard model and the Lamborghini Urus S, featuring a more aggressive design with a new hood, front bumper with air deflectors, and a refined grille. The Performante model also sports new side skirts with the word “Performante” for easy identification, along with custom wheels designed specifically for Lamborghini’s high-performance SUV.
At the rear, you’ll find a new diffuser, Akrapovic dual exhaust system, and a large carbon fiber spoiler on the roof. There’s also a smaller spoiler above the taillights, which are connected by a carbon fiber garnish.
The interior features Alcantara leather seats with highlights such as the bull logo, the Urus emblem, and yellow stitching. The door panels feature suede and carbon fiber with yellow trim. One of the most notable changes in the Lamborghini Urus Performante is the simplified Anima driving mode selector, which now offers four modes instead of seven: Strada, Sport, Corsa, and the all-new Rally mode, designed for those who want to explore the capabilities of the Urus Performante on challenging terrain.
Lastly, the Lamborghini Urus Performante with the Gumball license plate retains the same engine as the standard model—a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8—but with a slight boost in power. The Italian automaker has tuned the engine to produce 657 horsepower, an increase of 16 hp, and 850 Nm of torque.
With this enhanced power, the high-performance Lamborghini Urus Performante can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds, shaving off 0.3 seconds from the standard model’s time, before reaching a top speed of 306 km/h.

The owner of this Ferrari 488 Pista Spider took a rather unusual approach when it came to modifying their car. They decided to install an impressive body kit, but instead of using traditional methods, they secured it with tape. Unfortunately, this unconventional method backfired, as the custom parts started falling off as the car drove down the road. To make matters worse, the owner also replaced the iconic Ferrari prancing horse logo with that of a French car manufacturer. This act of heresy against the prestigious Italian automotive brand is sure to ruffle some feathers.
