Recently, news emerged that a luxury car dealership in Hanoi had acquired a pre-owned Ferrari SF90 Stradale PHEV from a businessman in Ho Chi Minh City, sparking interest among the online community. This will reportedly be the first Ferrari SF90 Stradale to grace the capital city.
According to sources, the owner of this plug-in hybrid supercar is Mr. Duc Huy, ex-husband of singer Le Quyen. Indeed, upon reviewing Mr. Duc Huy’s car collection from 2022, the news proves to be accurate.
After just over two years of ownership, businessman Duc Huy has decided to part ways with his Ferrari SF90 Stradale, with the car having clocked just over 7,000 km. The exact selling price is unknown, but the asking price for this supercar is VND 23 billion.
Duc Huy’s hybrid supercar entered Vietnam over three years ago but only received its diplomatic license plate a year later. The car is a non-official import and comes in the standard configuration, sporting a Rosso Corsa red body with black accents and silver wheels.
Currently, there are only five Ferrari SF90 Stradales known to be owned by Vietnamese customers, three of which bear diplomatic license plates, while the remaining two have regular white plates.
Under the hood, the Ferrari SF90 Stradale is equipped with a 4.0-liter turbocharged V8 engine that produces 769 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. This engine is paired with a hybrid system consisting of three electric motors that contribute an additional 217 horsepower, all powered by a 7.9 kWh lithium-ion battery pack.
Combining the power of the three electric motors with the V8 engine, Duc Huy’s former supercar boasts a total system output of 986 horsepower. The SF90 Stradale is not only Ferrari’s first-ever plug-in hybrid but also the most powerful prancing horse in the stable today.
With its impressive power, the Ferrari SF90 Stradale can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds and reach a top speed of 340 km/h. Additionally, this hybrid supercar can travel up to 25 km on pure electric power, thanks to the electric motor on the front axle.
Prior to purchasing the Ferrari SF90 Stradale, Duc Huy had already made waves in the automotive world by adding several high-value cars to his garage within a year, including a Porsche Panamera and a Bentley Flying Spur First Edition.
