The Lamborghini Sian is a million-dollar supercar and a limited edition, making it a rare find worldwide. So, when Hoang Kim Khanh shared that he had purchased a black Lamborghini Sian last year, it sparked interest.
While the Lamborghini Sian that Hoang Kim Khanh revealed was one of 63 cars produced globally, the Lamborghini Sian Roadster is even more exclusive, with only 19 units manufactured. This roadster version is extremely expensive, and not many are aware of its existence.
A recent supercar exhibition at a luxury hotel in Macao, a special administrative region of China, featured a stunning Lamborghini Sian Roadster. This particular model is one of only 19 produced globally and features a unique color scheme of ocean blue and carbon fiber with yellow accents.
The Lamborghini Sian Roadster is estimated to cost $3.7 million, equivalent to 85 billion VND, making it significantly more expensive than the coupe version. Compared to the Lamborghini Sian that Hoang Kim Khanh revealed he had ordered, the roadster naturally comes with a detachable hardtop. Additionally, the Italian supercar manufacturer designed the roadster to maintain the coupe’s aerodynamics, beauty, and power.
Lamborghini redesigned the engine cover to be lower, accompanied by two high-rising, arching rollover hoops to protect the passengers. The sides and rear of the seats have also been restyled, along with new diagonally cut windows, allowing occupants to enjoy the thrill of the drive without being disturbed by outside wind noise.
The Lamborghini Sian Roadster’s cockpit features an 8.3-inch touchscreen, similar to the Huracan EVO and Centenario supercars. This screen allows the driver to control various aspects of the vehicle. The sports seats are wrapped in leather and Alcantara with carbon fiber backrests, providing a comfortable and stylish driving experience.
Under the hood, the Lamborghini Sian Roadster is powered by a familiar 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 engine borrowed from the Lamborghini Aventador. However, this engine features new titanium intake valves and generates a maximum output of 774 horsepower.
Moreover, the Lamborghini Sian Roadster’s engine is paired with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system that includes a 34-horsepower electric motor integrated into the gearbox. As a result, the roadster boasts a combined output of 808 horsepower and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.8 seconds, reaching a top speed of 350 km/h.
