Toyota has recently unveiled its 2025 Sienna model, offering six different versions: LE, XLE, XSE, Woodland Edition, Limited, and Platinum.
The new generation Toyota Sienna 2025 features subtle exterior refinements. The most notable change is observed in the Platinum version’s five-spoke alloy wheels with a unique two-tone finish. Meanwhile, the Woodland Edition sports a set of sleek single-tone six-spoke rims.
The XSE and Woodland Edition stand out with distinctive touches such as black-painted door handles, grille surround, and window trim, exuding a sporty and robust aesthetic.
For those who favor a sportier driving experience, the XSE version offers a firmer suspension setup. On the other hand, the Woodland Edition is tailored for off-road adventures, boasting a 15 mm higher ride height and a capable all-wheel-drive (AWD) system.
In contrast to the exterior, the Sienna 2025’s interior receives significant upgrades. Toyota Sienna 2025 is equipped with modern amenities, including a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster that supports wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto integration, a head-up display, a premium 12-speaker JBL sound system delivering 1,200 watts of power, quad-zone automatic climate control, Wi-Fi capability for up to five mobile devices, and a 1,500-watt maximum output power outlet in the trunk area.
The front seats are power-adjustable and come with ventilation and heating functions, while the steering wheel is electrically adjustable in four directions and heated for added comfort. Additional conveniences include a digital rearview mirror, a panoramic sunroof, power-sliding doors, and a hands-free power liftgate that can be operated with a simple foot kick. The Sienna offers seating configurations for seven or eight passengers, with the seven-seat version featuring individual captain’s chairs with heating in the Platinum trim.
Furthermore, the Sienna 2025 incorporates a child detection system, designed to prevent children from being left unattended in the vehicle. In the event that the driver locks the car and the 60 Ghz radar system installed in the ceiling detects the presence of a passenger in the rear seats, the hazard lights will start flashing, and the locks will emit an audible signal nine times.
If this warning is ignored for 90 seconds, the car’s horn will sound. After four minutes, the driver will receive a notification on their smartphone app. If the driver still fails to respond, the system will automatically place a call to the driver’s phone.
In scenarios where the vehicle is not locked but the radar detects movement in the rear seats, the system will refrain from activating the horn, instead sending a notification after 10 minutes and placing a reminder call two minutes later.
It is worth noting that all versions of the Toyota Sienna come equipped with this advanced safety feature. However, to activate it, owners need to subscribe to the Safety Connect package for 10 years.
Under the hood, the Toyota Sienna 2025 is powered by a hybrid powertrain that combines a 2.5-liter gasoline engine with two electric motors and a Ni-MH battery, coupled with an eCVT transmission. This setup generates a combined output of 245 horsepower. The vehicle boasts impressive fuel efficiency, with an estimated average consumption of 6.53 liters per 100 kilometers for the front-wheel-drive model and 6.72 liters per 100 kilometers for the AWD variant.
Drivers can select from four distinct driving modes: Normal, Eco, Sport, and EV, the latter allowing for short-distance electric-only driving at low speeds.
In the US market, the Toyota Sienna 2025 is priced between $39,185 and $56,905 (approximately 973.5 million to 1.41 billion Vietnamese dong).
