The Bentley Flying Spur and Continental GT/GTC V8 PHEV duo are expected to be delivered to Vietnamese consumers from June 2025.

From October 2024, the Bentley Ho Chi Minh City dealership will officially accept orders for the V8 PHEV versions of the two luxury car lines, the Flying Spur and Continental GT/GTC. The starting price of the Bentley Continental GT/GTC Speed 2025 will be from VND 20.1 billion, while the Flying Spur Mulliner V8 PHEV 2025 is priced at VND 20.6 billion. It is expected that customers will receive their cars from June 2025.

Regarding the Bentley Continental GT/GTC, the most notable feature of this new grand tourer is its new V8 hybrid system that delivers an impressive 771 horsepower, replacing the W12 engine that has made Bentley renowned over the years.

The new Bentley Continental GT/GTC Speed is equipped with an innovative propulsion system called the Ultra Performance Hybrid. This includes a 4.0L V8 twin-turbo engine with a 4.0L electric turbocharger, an electric motor placed within the gearbox, and a 25.9 kWh battery pack located at the rear axle. Accompanying these are an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission, a four-wheel-drive system, and an electronic eLSD limited-slip differential.

Other performance enhancements include new dual-valve shock absorbers that allow for separate adjustment of compression and rebound for each wheel, facilitating faster oscillation damping from the road surface. Additionally, the car is standardly equipped with a rear-wheel steering system and an active anti-roll bar. According to Bentley, the Continental GT/GTC combines the comfortable ride of a luxury car with the sporty handling of a true supercar.

The V8 engine alone is capable of producing 600 horsepower and 800 Nm of torque. The accompanying electric motor adds 190 horsepower and 450 Nm of torque. In total, this new British grand tourer boasts an incredible 782 horsepower and 1,000 Nm of torque. Despite being 192 kg heavier than its predecessor, the luxury coupe can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds, reaching a top speed of 335 km/h. The Continental GTC Speed convertible version has slightly lower specifications, with a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 285 km/h.

In terms of design, the Continental GT/GTC maintains its overall classic-meets-sporty aesthetic that the brand has employed since 2003. The most significant change is the single matrix LED headlights inspired by the Batur supercar, replacing the classic dual round lights of the previous generation. Bentley states that the new headlights consist of 120 independently finished LEDs, ensuring excellent illumination and delivering a unique visual effect.

The rear of the car has also been subtly refined, with adjustments to the bumper, rear diffuser, and exhaust pipes. The elliptical taillights remain, but the internal details have been made more intricate and eye-catching. This model features impressive 21-inch alloy wheels paired with carbon-ceramic disc brakes.

The interior layout of the Bentley Continental GT and GTC 2025 remains largely similar to its predecessor. A standout feature on the dashboard is the 12.3-inch central screen with a three-sided rotation function. Additionally, the new generation is equipped with an advanced entertainment system, wireless device connectivity, and over-the-air software update capabilities.

Turning to the Bentley Flying Spur 2025, while its design may seem similar to the previous generation at first glance, it boasts an impressive evolution under the hood.

Specifically, the Bentley Flying Spur 2025 is powered by a hybrid powertrain that combines a 4.0L V8 twin-turbo engine with an electric motor, resulting in a staggering 771 horsepower and 1,000 Nm of torque.

This impressive powertrain enables the Flying Spur to accelerate from 0-96 km/h in just 3.3 seconds. It can also operate in pure electric mode for up to 75 km, with a top speed of 140 km/h, and has a combined range of up to 829 km.

In terms of design, the Bentley Flying Spur 2025 impresses with its new grille pattern and modern 22-inch alloy wheels. Customers can opt for the carbon fiber Styling Specification package or choose to have the add-ons painted in the same color as the body.

The interior of the Flying Spur 2025 is packed with modern amenities, including a new digital instrument cluster, a three-sided rotatable central touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, and over-the-air software update capabilities.

The car comes standard with a 10-speaker audio system, but customers can opt for a 1,500-watt, 16-speaker Bang & Olufsen system or a more powerful 2,200-watt, 19-speaker setup. The vehicle’s sound insulation has also been improved, with multi-layered glass that reduces noise by 9 dB compared to the previous model.
