The Vehicle Registration Bureau of Vietnam has just published fuel consumption figures for the XS155R commercial vehicle. This model is imported by Yamaha Motor Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Based on the published specifications, it is evident that the XS155R is the XSR 155 – a 155 cc classic naked bike. Renaming vehicles for different markets is a common practice; for instance, the NVX is known as the Aerox in Thailand.

The fuel consumption label of the XS155R indicates a consumption rate of 2 liters per 100 kilometers. Additionally, this registration document reveals that the bike is fitted with 17-inch wheels, paired with 110/70 and 140/70 tires. The vehicle’s weight is listed as 134 kg, with a maximum total weight of 305 kg.

The Yamaha XS155R is equipped with a liquid-cooled 155.1 cc engine, coded G3S7E. This powerplant generates 19.3 horsepower at 10,000 rpm.

In Vietnam, the Yamaha XS155R is positioned as a rival to the Honda CB150R Streetster in the classic naked bike segment. Currently, the XSR 155 is available through private dealers for approximately 80 million VND, whereas the CB150R Streetster retails for 105.5 million VND at authorized dealerships.
