The Hai Duong Confessions fanpage shared images of numerous cars parked on a high grassy hill. According to sources, this area is located near Nam Cuong Hotel in Tu Minh Ward, Hai Duong City, Hai Duong Province.
Many car owners have moved their vehicles to this grassy hill to prevent potential damage from the heavy rain and flooding caused by Storm No. 3.
In the comments below the post, Do Phuong mentioned that initially, only a few cars were seen on this grassy hill, but it quickly became crowded. Many people expressed that they had never seen such a sight before and considered this a safe spot to protect their cars from flooding. However, there were also concerns about the potential damage that parking on the grassy hill could cause.
Local authorities have arrived at the scene, and many car owners have been asked to leave and not park on the grassy hill near Nam Cuong Hotel.
