Xiaomi is set to unveil its first SUV model in early 2025, according to plans.

However, many people recently spotted a tall vehicle that looked identical to the SU7. This led some to mistakenly believe that this was the SUV version of the Xiaomi SU7.
In reality, the blue SUV is called the Yunlei, from Shandong Yanlu New Energy. While it mimics the design of the Xiaomi SU7, it has a taller stance.
Aside from the distinctive paint job, the front-end design of the Yunlei is a carbon copy of the Xiaomi SU7.
The Yunlei is a low-speed electric vehicle (LSEV), typically offering power equivalent to a motorcycle or electric bicycle, hence its affordable price tag of under 30,000 NDT (approximately 106.4 million VND).
These LSEVs are meant for short-distance city commuting and are popular among elderly individuals.
Low-speed electric vehicles like this often imitate popular car models to cater to those who dream of driving a trendy car but cannot afford the higher-end options.
