Only 5 Pagani Huayra Codalunga were ever created, each with a unique specification. But this particular car is even more special as it was created in collaboration with French luxury brand, Hermes.
Spotting a Pagani on the road is a rare occurrence as the Italian brand has only produced approximately 450 cars since 1999. However, this Pagani Huayra Codalunga spotted parked on the streets of Paris, France, will make most other Paganis seem commonplace.
What makes this Pagani Huayra Codalunga so special is that it was designed in collaboration with luxury fashion house, Hermes. This brown Huayra, designed specifically for American collector Manny Khoshbin, is the first car to be created from the Pagani and Hermes partnership, and this is the second.
Many Pagani Zonda and Huayra models today are clad in light-colored carbon fiber, and while carbon is a beloved material, exposing it on a beautifully designed and glossy Italian supercar like the Codalunga just doesn’t make sense. Instead, this example is finished in a gorgeous turquoise blue, which accentuates its sleek lines.
Contrasting the turquoise paintwork are large white circles on the doors and white accents just behind the front wheels. The wheels also feature white accents, along with a set of white brake calipers. Even the exhaust system has a white ceramic finish to match.
This is the fifth and final Pagani Huayra Codalunga to be delivered to Europe, and it boasts one of the most impressive exterior colors on a modern Pagani.
Inside the cabin, the interior is trimmed in the finest materials from Hermes. For example, the seats are upholstered in a dark green leather, with luxurious white fabric on the rear divider and center console.
The exact amount paid by the owner of this Codalunga remains a mystery. What is known is that this limited-edition model had a starting price of €7 million (equivalent to $7.5 million or ~VND 190 billion) when it was launched in mid-2022. Considering this example features a custom exterior color and Hermes interior, the price was surely significantly higher.
In terms of powertrain, the Codalunga uses the same 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 engine as the standard Huayra, but it produces 840 horsepower. It is 360 mm longer than the standard Huayra but weighs just 1,280 kg.
