BMW recently unveiled the X5 Dark Flame Limited Edition to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the X5 lineup.

The BMW X5 Dark Flame Limited Edition is based on the long-wheelbase 2023 X5 Li model.

The SUV boasts a striking appearance with a Sapphire Blue exterior accented by Titan Gold trim on the kidney grille, front air intakes, side air vents, window trim, and rear logo. These golden details create a harmonious and visually appealing contrast.

It rides on 22-inch black multi-spoke M Sport wheels with matching black brake calipers, enhancing its athletic and robust character.

At the rear, the SUV features smoked taillights and exclusive “Dark Flame” logo projection lights.

Step inside, and you’ll find a modern and stylish cabin equipped with amenities such as four-zone climate control, heated and ventilated seats, a curved display, a Harman Kardon sound system, and a panoramic sunroof. The front seatback and cup holder feature exclusive Dark Flame logos.

The interior is upholstered in premium black Sensafin synthetic leather with dark gray Alcantara headliner and contrasting metallic gold stitching. The center console and dashboard feature carbon fiber trim for a sporty touch.

Under the hood, the special edition SUV is powered by a hybrid system combining a 3.0L turbocharged 6-cylinder engine with an electric motor, delivering a total output of 375 horsepower and 520 Nm of torque.

The power is sent to all four wheels via an 8-speed Steptronic automatic transmission, ensuring smooth and potent performance. The X5 Dark Flame also benefits from an adaptive air suspension, M Sport exhaust, and M Sport brakes for an exhilarating driving experience.

In the Chinese market, the BMW X5 xDrive40 Li Exclusive Dark Flame Edition is priced at approximately 830,000 CNY (around 2.96 billion VND). Only 1,000 units of this limited-edition model will be produced.
