Maserati is set to celebrate its 110th anniversary on December 1st, and what better way to mark the occasion than with a special edition vehicle? The Maserati GranTurismo 110 Anniversario is an electric Folgore-based model with some unique touches and a limited production run of just 110 units.
The limited-edition GranTurismo 110 Anniversario comes in two variants: Rame Folgore and Blu Inchiostro. Each variant is limited to just 55 units and features alloy wheels with a copper finish, complemented by matching accents and a special 110th-anniversary logo on the D-pillar.
As expected, the specifications vary thanks to Maserati’s Fuoriserie customization program. The Rame Folgore variant closely resembles the initial presentation car, combining a Rame exterior with a two-tone Ice/Denim interior and copper stitching. The Rame option is listed as a £16,200 (around $20,500) upgrade on the UK configurator, similar to many other personalization options.
The Blu Inchiostro option, on the other hand, stands out with its blue exterior, creating a stronger contrast against the copper wheels. Inside, it features black Econyl seats with blue stitching and copper inserts on the center console and door panels.
Like other special editions stemming from Fuoriserie, there are no changes under the skin. The Maserati GranTurismo 110 Anniversario is powered by three electric motors, producing a combined output of 818 hp and 1,350 Nm (995 lb-ft) of torque. This makes it the most powerful version of the GranTurismo, surpassing both the standard Modena and the Trofeo with its gas-powered V6.
This electric powerhouse is equipped with a 92.5 kWh battery pack, enabling an estimated EPA-rated range of 242 miles (390 km) on a single charge.
The 110th-anniversary models will make their public debut on November 30th at the Viale Ciro Menotti headquarters in Modena, kicking off the Trident Experience. This two-day event celebrates 110 years of Maserati, with special guests and passionate customers in attendance.
