The Lamborghini supercar display event in Ho Chi Minh City, featuring renowned models such as the Aventador, Huracan Evo, Urus S, and Urus Performante, captivated the attention of the vibrant car enthusiast community.
Movember is an annual event held in November to raise awareness about men’s health issues, including prostate and testicular cancer.
Lamborghini is an enthusiastic brand associated with this event. The head-turning presence of Lamborghinis anywhere makes it an excellent medium to promote Movember awareness.
This year’s event was hosted right at the showroom’s premises in Ho Chi Minh City, featuring an array of rare supercars such as the Aventador with an SVJ body kit, Huracan Evo, Urus S, and Urus Performante.
Aventador with SVJ Body Kit
The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ is a limited-edition model, with only 900 units produced globally.
This particular Aventador, with its SVJ body kit, stands out from others in Vietnam due to its unique Bronze Zenas exterior, a gradient blend of black and copper.
The owner customized the wheels with AG Luxury rims and installed a new exhaust system as part of the modification package, replacing the standard setup.
This Lamborghini Aventador with the SVJ body kit retains its naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine, producing 690 horsepower and 690 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 7-speed ISR semi-automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, enabling it to sprint from 0-100 km/h in 2.9 seconds, reaching a top speed of 350 km/h.
Huracan Evo
This is the second Lamborghini Huracan EVO to arrive in Vietnam. GTA Wrapping enhanced its exterior with an exclusive decal design on the original white paintwork, creating a captivating visual effect.
The car features glossy black multi-spoke rims with eye-catching blue brake calipers.
At the rear, the Lamborghini Huracan EVO RWD boasts a Capristo exhaust system worth hundreds of millions of dong. Capristo’s exhaust, made of heat-resistant stainless steel, produces a louder sound than the stock system while adding a few dozen horsepower to the supercar.
The exhaust setup is positioned high, similar to the Performante and Aventador SVJ models. Compared to the Huracan LP610-4, the EVO’s rear end features a raised spoiler that acts as a fixed wing.
Powering the Lamborghini Huracan EVO is a 5.2-liter V10 engine that generates nearly 602 horsepower and 560 Nm of torque.
The engine is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission and rear-wheel drive. This setup enables the supercar to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 3.7 seconds (0.4 seconds slower than the AWD version) and reach a top speed of 325 km/h.
Urus S
The Lamborghini Urus S is the successor to the standard Urus. It features a distinctive grille with horizontal slats that extend to the sides. The S version also sports more defined and robust hood lines, along with additional air vents. At the rear, the air vents on the wheel arches are angled forward, unlike the rearward-facing vents on the previous model. Another new detail is the “Urus S” logo on the side doors.
The Lamborghini Urus S retains the twin-turbocharged V8 engine but now produces 16 more horsepower (657 hp) due to engine refinements, while torque remains unchanged at 850 Nm. The S version is 0.1 seconds quicker than the standard Urus in the 0-100 km/h sprint, achieving it in 3.5 seconds.
Urus Performante
Three Urus Performantes graced the event. The Lamborghini Urus Performante is officially distributed in Vietnam at a price of VND 16.5 billion. It features several differences from the standard version, including revised front and rear bumpers with additional aerodynamic enhancements. The Performante model sports a carbon fiber hood and a lightweight titanium Akrapovic sports exhaust system.
The Lamborghini Urus Performante is powered by the same 4.0L twin-turbocharged V8 engine as the standard version but is tuned to deliver an additional 16 horsepower, resulting in a total output of 666 horsepower and 850 Nm of torque. It is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive.
With its superior power, the Urus Performante can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 306 km/h.
