Toyota Vietnam Sells Over 59,000 Units in the First 11 Months of 2024

With this sales figure, Toyota has recorded two consecutive months of sales exceeding 8,000 units, bringing the cumulative sales for 2024 to over 59,000 units, aiming for the milestone of 1 million units in 2025 – marking the 30th anniversary of Toyota’s presence in Vietnam.

Specifically, nationwide sales of Toyota models reached 8,693 units, including 4,132 domestically assembled vehicles and 4,561 completely built-up imported vehicles. Among them, hybrid vehicle sales reached 608 units, contributing to a cumulative total of 4,489 units in the first 11 months of 2024. This result demonstrates customers’ preference for fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly vehicles.

In November 2024, Lexus brought new experiences to 158 customers, with a total cumulative sales of 13,567 units since the brand was introduced in Vietnam.

Toyota’s November sales remained stable, partly due to the continued benefit of the government’s support for registration fees for domestically assembled vehicles. In parallel, Toyota also launched a promotion program for models such as Vios, Yaris Cross, Veloz Cross, Avanza Premio, and Corolla Cross in November, making it easier for customers to own a vehicle before Tet 2025.

Among them, the Vios model recorded the highest sales with 2,135 units, affirming its position as the “people’s car” trusted by Vietnamese consumers. Models such as the Veloz Cross (1,146 units), Corolla Cross (1,150 units), and Yaris Cross (1,188 units) also achieved impressive sales, making significant contributions to the company’s total sales.
