According to information posted on the VinFast website, as of the end of November 2024, VinFast had 111 service centers nationwide. With this, the Vietnamese electric vehicle manufacturer officially surpassed Hyundai and Toyota to secure the number one position in terms of service center network. Statistics show that Hyundai currently holds second place with 96 service centers, while the Japanese automaker Toyota has 89.

VinFast’s system is set to expand rapidly in December 2024, aiming for a minimum of 200 centers to better serve customers across the country.

VinFast service centers across Vietnam

Since delivering its first vehicles, VinFast now has approximately 200,000 cars on the market and has established 111 service centers. This means that for every 1,800 cars, there is one service center, resulting in a very high density of centers per vehicle. This ratio is set to improve further with VinFast’s current rapid expansion of its service network.

The information shared by VinFast has garnered attention from owners of VinFast electric vehicles, especially as sales of these cars continue to rise in provinces and cities. The need for software updates and minor fixes is also significant, as electric cars are still a novel concept for many Vietnamese consumers. VinFast’s extensive network of service centers provides peace of mind for its customers.
