As 2024 comes to a close, Skoda joins the fray of automakers offering promotional programs for their vehicles. This December, Skoda extends attractive offers for its Kodiaq and Karoq models, building on the promotions from the previous months.
Throughout December 2024, both European-imported models from the Czech brand offer full support for registration tax fees. The registration tax incentive for the Skoda Karoq ranges from VND 100 million to VND 109 million. Meanwhile, the Skoda Kodiaq provides customers with savings of up to VND 119 million to VND 141 million, depending on the version and registration province or city.
Additionally, Skoda Vietnam presents a cash voucher worth up to VND 30 million for purchasers of these two models. However, the cash voucher is subject to quantity and version limitations. In other words, the total incentives for the Skoda Karoq and Kodiaq can amount to VND 171 million, respectively.
Customers who purchase either of these Skoda models will also receive a set of genuine accessories, including a set of four rims, pedal pads for the accelerator and brake, door sill trim, side steps, floor mats, or rear-seat headrests. On top of that, Skoda extends a warranty period of 5 years or 150,000 km and a free maintenance package for 1 year or 15,000 km.

Details of Skoda Kodiaq and Karoq’s promotional programs for December 2024.
Both Skoda models offer substantial incentives that are among the best in their segments. Notably, the Skoda Kodiaq currently boasts one of the highest promotional values among mid-sized SUVs in Vietnam. This gives the model a competitive edge, especially with the absence of government incentives for locally produced and assembled vehicles.
This move by Skoda Vietnam could be a strategy to clear existing inventory while awaiting the launch of the new-generation Kodiaq. The 2025 Skoda Kodiaq was recently showcased at the VMS 2024 exhibition but is yet to receive an official price announcement.
The current Skoda Kodiaq is available in two versions: Ambition 1.4 TSI and Style 2.0 TSI, priced at VND 1.189 billion and VND 1.409 billion, respectively. For this price, customers acquire a spacious 7-seater SUV with two engine options.
The first is a 1.4L turbocharged gasoline engine that delivers a maximum output of 150 horsepower and a peak torque of 250 Nm between 1,500 and 3,500 rpm. This engine is paired with a 6-speed wet-clutch dual-clutch automatic transmission, also found in the sibling Skoda Karoq.
The second engine option for the Skoda Kodiaq is a 2.0L turbocharged gasoline unit, generating 180 horsepower and 320 Nm of torque between 1,400 and 3,940 rpm. This engine is mated to a 7-speed wet-clutch dual-clutch automatic transmission, featuring steering wheel-mounted shift paddles and all-wheel drive.
The Skoda Karoq, on the other hand, belongs to the C-sized SUV segment and is offered in two versions: Ambition 1.4 TSI and Style 1.4 TSI. The respective price tags for these versions are VND 999 million and VND 1.089 billion.
Skoda Karoq is a C-segment SUV.
In 2025, the Skoda brand plans to introduce more affordable models to the Vietnamese market, including the Slavia and Kushaq. Unlike the aforementioned European-imported SUVs, the Skoda Slavia and Kushaq will be assembled at a factory in Quang Ninh province.
