One of the most intriguing aspects of this 6-wheel Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 is that it is one of the few such vehicles ever spotted in the USA. The car was manufactured in 2016, even though official communications stated that the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 was only produced from 2013 to 2015.
The exterior of this one-of-a-kind Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 in Vietnam is finished in a striking AMG Solar Beam Yellow paint job, complemented by black wheels, carbon fiber wheel arches, and steel pipes. The interior features a teak wood floor in the rear cargo area, along with a Designo Black and Nappa Leather upholstery with diamond stitching and yellow highlights. It also boasts an Akrapovic exhaust system worth VND 395 million.
First unveiled in 2013, the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 was targeted at oil tycoons in the Middle East with a penchant for off-roading in the desert. To that end, the German luxury carmaker equipped this off-road beast with four rear wheels.
Under the hood, the Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG 6×6 is powered by a 5.5-liter V8 engine that produces a maximum output of 544 horsepower and 760 Nm of torque. The power is sent to all six wheels via a 7-speed automatic transmission, enabling the car to sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds. The top speed is electronically limited to 161 km/h.
