On December 12, 2024, VinFast and seven insurance partners, including PVI, Bao Viet, BIC, VBI, PTI, BSH, and VNI, signed an agreement to expedite insurance approval processes for their customers.
According to the new agreement between VinFast and the insurance companies, insurance approval times for VinFast vehicle owners will be prioritized. For minor incidents (with repair costs below VND 10 million), the approval time for repair costs will not exceed four working hours from when the insurance company receives the repair quote from VinFast’s service center.
For more complex cases, VinFast and its partners are committed to expediting the process as much as possible, aiming for an average of 48 working hours after receiving the repair quote. Additionally, once the loss is determined to be within the insurance coverage, the insurance companies will directly guarantee the entire compensation amount as per their commitment to the customers.

In November 2024, VinFast delivered over 16,000 vehicles to consumers, achieving more than a 40% growth rate compared to the previous month.
