The Ferrari Daytona SP3 is the second model in the Ferrari Icona range, following the Monza. As expected, the Italian marque will prioritize offering the Daytona SP3 to customers who already own the Ferrari Monza SP. With a list of around 499 people, the remaining 100 spots will be very lucky to be invited to purchase by Ferrari, which has made the Ferrari Daytona SP3 a supercar that money can’t always buy, unless you catch the eye of the Italian marque.

Owners of the Ferrari Daytona SP3 want their cars to be unique, and the only way to do that is through customization, from paint color to interior and the idea of putting their name on the car. The owner of the Ferrari Daytona SP3 featured in this article is no exception.

The billionaire owner chose a red paint job for his Ferrari Daytona SP3, but this shade is quite distinct from many other red Ferraris on the road. It has a deep, brown-like hue, akin to a luxurious bar of chocolate, and under the sunlight, it might even take on a shade of wine red. The interior is upholstered in a matching deep red leather.

This Ferrari Daytona SP3 is even more special as it is a combination of a coupe and a convertible, meaning that the limited production of 599 units won’t feel as exclusive. Therefore, it’s not a dream to expect the Ferrari Daytona SP3 to double, triple, or even quadruple its starting price in a few years.

Ferrari Daytona SP3 in Red

The front end of the Daytona SP3 features an impressive splitter and front bumper reminiscent of the 330 P4 from 1967, but with a lower nose and wider fenders. The LED headlights are intricately designed with a complex structure and pop-up mechanism, and the covers can open and close. The side profile showcases lateral air intakes and impressive butterfly doors with air vents, complemented by a dome-shaped windshield.

The rear of the Ferrari Daytona SP3 is eye-catching, with a design reminiscent of a concept car, featuring a horizontal LED light bar that integrates the taillights. The active rear spoiler adjusts according to speed, and below it are carbon fiber air diffusers. The trapezoidal exhaust tips are positioned high up and will undoubtedly produce a ferocious sound befitting of the V12 engine. The Daytona SP3 also features bespoke Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires wrapped around five-spoke wheels.

The Ferrari Daytona SP3 is powered by a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 engine that produces 829 horsepower and 697 Nm of torque. This power is sent to the rear wheels through an 8-speed F1 dual-clutch gearbox with a limited-slip differential, enabling the hypercar to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 2.85 seconds.
