Hyundai Reveals Stunning New Images of the Upcoming Palisade
In a recent reveal, Hyundai unveiled exciting new details about the 2025 Palisade, including a 9-seater configuration with three rows of seats.
The first row features a unique central seat, similar to those found in some pickup trucks with a bench-style front seat. The second and third rows offer standard three-across seating.
The second-row seats can be customized with either independent or separated seats, while the third row comes with heating and power adjustments. Convenient buttons are integrated into the tappi for maximum convenience.
The 2025 Hyundai Palisade boasts a significantly more spacious interior compared to its predecessor, thanks to a tweaked wheelbase. The cabin is packed with modern amenities, including a fully digital instrument cluster and a matching 12.3-inch infotainment screen, wireless charging, USB ports, and dual cup holders.
Hyundai has also improved the sound insulation in the new Palisade by using thicker glass on all four doors and adding sound-absorbing materials around the windows.
In terms of design, the 2025 Palisade showcases a complete transformation from its predecessor. The front end features striking vertical LED daytime running lights on either side, creating a unique lighting signature.
The center grille is large and square, surrounded by compact main headlights. The hood has a more angular design, with a U-shaped character line flowing into the grille surround.
The vehicle rides on bold 21-inch black alloy wheels, accentuating its muscular stance. The rear features vertical taillights that mirror the front headlights, along with a prominent Hyundai logo and “Palisade” lettering across the tailgate.
Under the hood, the Palisade offers two powertrain options. The first is a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 277 horsepower and 422 Nm of torque, paired with either front-wheel drive (FWD) or all-wheel drive (AWD).
The second option is a hybrid system combining the 2.5-liter turbocharged engine with an electric motor, resulting in a combined output of 329 horsepower. This setup is exclusively offered with front-wheel drive.
With a full tank of gas (72 liters) and a fully charged 1.65 kWh battery, the hybrid version of the 2026 Palisade can travel over 1,000 km. It also features vehicle-to-load (V2L) capability, allowing it to power external devices.
The new Palisade is expected to launch in 2025 in South Korea, followed by other markets, including North America. Currently, the SUV is available in Vietnam in four different trim levels, ranging in price from 1.47 billion to 1.58 billion VND.
