In the Chinese market, the Toyota Camry is also available with two other engine options. These include a 2.0-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine paired with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT) and a more powerful 2.5-liter hybrid powertrain.
Chinese customers can now place orders for the Toyota Camry Glorious Edition. Pricing for this special edition starts at 202,800 Chinese yuan, which roughly translates to 710 million Vietnamese dong.
Since its launch in the Chinese market in January this year, the ninth-generation Toyota Camry has faced challenges in attracting customers.
