Hyundai Palisade 2025, the all-new large SUV, broke records on its first day of sales in South Korea, attracting an impressive 33,567 orders.
Notably, 70% of these orders were for the hybrid model, which is priced at a premium of 6 million won (approximately 103.62 million VND) over the regular gasoline version.
The appeal of the hybrid model lies in its superior fuel efficiency, offering a rated fuel consumption of 14 km/L (7.14 L/100 km), a significant improvement over the gasoline model’s approximate 9 km/L (11.11 L/100 km).
The Hyundai Palisade 2025 boasts a completely transformed exterior compared to its predecessor. The front of the vehicle stands out with its distinctive silver vertical LED daytime running lights, creating a unique lighting effect.
The center features a large, square grille surrounded by compact main headlights. The hood design is more angular, with a U-shaped character line flowing into the grille surround.
The vehicle is equipped with 21-inch black alloy wheels, further enhancing its robust and muscular appearance.
At the rear, the vertical taillights mirror the front headlights, accompanied by the Hyundai logo and a prominent Palisade badge positioned in the center of the trunk lid.
In terms of interior, the Palisade 2025 offers a 9-seat configuration with three rows, each accommodating three passengers. The front row features a unique center seat, similar to some pickup truck designs with a continuous front bench. The second and third rows maintain the standard three-seat layout.
The second-row seats can be customized with independent or split seats, while the third row is equipped with heating and power adjustment features, controllable via integrated buttons in the tappi for maximum convenience.
The Hyundai Palisade 2025 boasts a significantly more spacious interior compared to its predecessor, thanks to an adjusted wheelbase. The cabin is packed with modern amenities, including a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and infotainment touchscreen, wireless charging, USB ports, and dual cup holders.
Compared to the first-generation model, the new Palisade benefits from improved sound insulation, achieved through thicker glass on all four doors and additional sound-absorbing materials around the windows.
In South Korea, the Hyundai Palisade 2025 will be available in three trim levels: Exclusive, Prestige, and Calligraphy. The new Palisade is expected to launch in South Korea in 2025, followed by its introduction in other markets, including North America.
