With an expected launch in 2025, the new Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series will feature a more modern interior with a 12.3-inch digital display.

The Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series is an automotive legend and a top choice for customers seeking an SUV with exceptional off-road capabilities. Following the introduction of the new Land Cruiser Prado, Toyota is now turning its attention to refreshing the Land Cruiser 300. Recent leaked images have revealed significant upgrades to the cabin of this SUV.

Specifically, a screenshot from a test drive video shows that the SUV will be equipped with a new 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. Essentially, the new Land Cruiser’s screen will be identical to that of the Toyota Alphard and Vellfire. The current Land Cruiser 300 features a semi-digital cluster with two analog gauges and a small central display.

Additionally, the SUV will include a small climate control screen in the center console, capable of displaying temperature settings and fan speed. In contrast, the current model only has physical controls for these functions, with the temperature displayed on the main infotainment screen.

It is unclear whether this small screen will be featured on all variants. In certain markets, including Australia, the lower-tier variants of the current Land Cruiser offer a similar screen for climate control but paired with a smaller infotainment display.

In July, it was reported that the Land Cruiser 300 Series would receive additional new equipment. Toyota is said to be removing the outdated Blu-Ray and CD/DVD player options from this SUV. It may also be equipped with the latest Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 system, featuring an improved front camera with higher resolution and enhanced radar sensors. The legendary SUV could also have an advanced forward-collision warning system capable of detecting vehicles, cyclists, pedestrians, and motorcyclists.

The Toyota Land Cruiser 300 Series is expected to be officially launched in the first half of 2025.
