The first day of 2025 was a treat for car enthusiasts in Ho Chi Minh City, as they witnessed a plethora of supercars and luxury vehicles grace the streets, including the stunning Ferrari SF90 Spider, one of the finest convertibles in Vietnam.
One of only two Ferrari SF90 Spider supercars in the country, this beauty is owned by Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong, popularly known as Cuong “Dollar.”

Cuong “Dollar” and his wife are the proud owners of this exquisite Ferrari SF90 Spider convertible, which cost them nearly $2.3 million to get on the road. This is also the most expensive supercar Cuong has acquired in his 16 years of car enthusiasm.
The Ferrari SF90 Spider boasts a unique green exterior and interior, with a personalized touch requested by the husband of Dam Thu Trang. The CT logo, representing both their names and their restaurant chain, is elegantly engraved on a plaque by Ferrari, rather than being a mere sticker.
Compared to the six Ferrari SF90 Stradale models already in Vietnam, Cuong “Dollar’s” SF90 Spider has the advantage of a retractable roof that takes just 14 seconds to open or close. Additionally, the roof can be operated while the car is in motion, although it is recommended to do so at speeds below 50 km/h.
The Ferrari SF90 Spider owned by the couple Dam Thu Trang is equipped with a V8 engine with a displacement of 4.0 liters and twin-turbocharging, along with three electric motors. It is the first commercial convertible Ferrari with a plug-in hybrid drive and currently holds the title of the most powerful Ferrari V8 in the world.
To achieve this feat, Ferrari engineers not only relied on the gasoline engine’s 769 horsepower but also designed the car to produce an additional 217 horsepower from its electric motors.
With the hybrid drive system in place, the Ferrari SF90 Spider boasts a maximum output of 986 horsepower. This incredible power propels the car from 0 to 100 km/h in a breathtaking 2.5 seconds.
