The first two Geely showrooms in Vietnam are not only large in scale but also located in prime locations in Hanoi.
Back in September 2024, Tasco Joint Stock Company (“Tasco”) and Geely Auto Group (“Geely”) entered into a joint venture contract for vehicle assembly and distribution in Vietnam. They also signed a tripartite strategic cooperation agreement with the Management Board of the Economic Zone and Industrial Zones of Thai Binh Province. This significant event further strengthened the relationship between Geely and Tasco, marking a step forward in Geely’s plan to expand in Southeast Asia and Tasco’s aspiration to move upstream in the automotive industry.
Now, images of the first Geely showrooms under the Tasco Auto system have started to surface, indicating that the launch of models from this Chinese automaker is imminent. It is expected that the first Geely vehicles will arrive at the showroom in March 2025.
The two Geely showrooms in Vietnam are strategically located in prime locations in the capital city of Hanoi. Specifically, the Geely Long Bien showroom is situated at 3+5 Nguyen Van Linh, Gia Thuy, Long Bien, while the Geely Giai Phong showroom can be found at 807 Giai Phong, Hoang Mai.
Based on the shared images, both Geely showrooms boast an impressive frontage with an estimated length of several dozen meters and a spacious outdoor parking area that can accommodate a similar number of vehicles. The Chinese automaker’s showroom is designed with a sophisticated black and gray color scheme, modern infrastructure, and a full range of sales and after-sales services.
As no Geely vehicles have been imported to Vietnam yet, the display area remains empty. However, the company’s advertising board has revealed one of the models that will be available in the country soon—the Geely Coolray. While the details of the Geely models to be sold in Vietnam have not been disclosed, Tasco Auto has assured that they will be popular products from the leading Chinese automotive group.
