Similar to its competitors, Honda and Toyota, Suzuki has announced its January 2025 promotional offers. For the first month of 2025, both the Suzuki XL7 and Jimny models will continue to offer the same attractive deals as the previous months.

Specifically, the Suzuki XL7 comes with a 50% road tax support, equivalent to VND 30 million. In addition, customers will receive a fuel voucher worth VND 30 million and genuine accessories for this small MPV model. The total value of the Suzuki XL7 offer for January 2025 amounts to VND 35 million.

Meanwhile, customers who purchase the Suzuki Jimny during this month can choose one of two gift options. Gift option 1 offers 50% road tax support, while gift option 2 is a travel voucher to Japan. Both gifts are valued at VND 40 million.

According to Suzuki, all gifts can be converted into cash, except for the XL7 accessory package. For the Jimny, customers can choose one of the two gift options or opt for the cash equivalent.

The XL7 accessory gift can be combined with other promotional programs and is distributed based on a first-come, first-served basis (according to the date of the vehicle sales invoice). The program may end earlier if the gifts run out. Customers are entitled to free installation and painting services for the rear spoiler accessory.

Currently, Suzuki offers only two passenger car models in the Vietnamese market, the XL7 and Jimny. Among them, the XL7 is Suzuki’s flagship product after the Ertiga was discontinued in Vietnam. In the first 11 months of this year, Suzuki sold 982 units of the XL7 in Vietnam.

The new Suzuki XL7 was launched in the Vietnamese market in August 2024 as a completely built-up (CBU) import from Indonesia. It is available in two versions, with prices ranging from VND 599.9 million to VND 607.9 million.

The highlight of the new Suzuki XL7 is its SHVS (Smart Hybrid Vehicle by Suzuki) system, which combines a 1.5L gasoline engine with an integrated ISG starter generator and a lithium-ion battery. This system reduces fuel consumption by 14% per 100 km compared to the conventional engine version. Suzuki offers an 8-year warranty or 160,000 km on the lithium-ion battery, whichever comes first.

Additionally, the Suzuki XL7 now features new equipment such as automatic headlights, turn signals, and mirror folding, a 10-inch touchscreen display with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity, cruise control, and more.

As for the Suzuki Jimny, this model has relatively low sales, with only 393 units sold between March and November 2024. This is not surprising given the high price of the Jimny, starting at VND 789 million. Moreover, Suzuki only imports this model from Japan in limited quantities.

Despite its price being comparable to C-segment SUVs like the Mazda CX-5, the Suzuki Jimny has a compact size, a 4-seat interior, and basic features. It includes LED headlights, 15-inch alloy wheels, a rear-mounted spare tire, an analog instrument cluster with a small multi-information display, a grab handle for the front passenger on the dashboard, a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system with support for Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Autolink, USB, and Bluetooth Control Music Play, and more.
