Just a month after being acquired by a female tycoon in Hanoi, the Porsche 911 GT3 sports car has officially been registered with a new license plate.
The car now bears the plate number 30L – 92911, which was auctioned off on November 29, 2024, for VND 40 million.
This Porsche 911 GT3 belongs to the 992.1 generation and was imported to Vietnam in 2022 through a private importer. The supercar features a striking Shark Blue exterior with several carbon fiber components, including mirror caps, roof, door sills, and a rear wing to reduce weight and enhance aerodynamics.
The Porsche 911 GT3 owned by the Hanoi tycoon is equipped with 20-inch black alloy wheels at the front and 21-inch at the rear. These wheels are paired with 405 mm diameter brake discs at the front, compared to 380 mm in the standard Porsche 911.
The seating on this Porsche 911 GT3 is upholstered in black leather with blue stitching accents. The seat backs are made of carbon fiber, and the headrests are embroidered with the GT3 logo. Notably, the car also features a roll cage behind the seats, typically found in race cars.
Powering the Porsche 911 GT3 is a 4.0L naturally aspirated flat-six engine that produces 510 horsepower at 8,400 rpm and 470 Nm of torque at 6,100 rpm. The engine is mated to a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch automatic transmission. With a weight of 1,435 kg, the car can accelerate from 0-100 km/h and 0-200 km/h in 3.3 seconds and 10.8 seconds, respectively. Its top speed is an impressive 318 km/h.
