## Honda Launches the New Africa Twin Adventure Sport for 2023

Honda Vietnam has unveiled the latest iteration of its popular adventure motorcycle, the Africa Twin, for 2023. This year’s model sees a host of updates, with the Japanese manufacturer focusing primarily on enhancing the Adventure Sport variant, taking it to the next level.
The 2023 Africa Twin Adventure Sport boasts a refined DCT transmission, with Honda claiming smoother operation in first and second gears. The windshield has also been modified, now offering five adjustable settings for a more customized riding experience.
Meanwhile, the Standard version receives a welcome addition in the form of a rear rack, making it easier for riders to attach luggage or cargo boxes for their adventures.

Under the hood, the Africa Twin’s trusted engine remains unchanged. It continues to be powered by a liquid-cooled, 1,084cc parallel-twin engine that delivers an impressive 100.5 horsepower at 7,500 rpm and a peak torque of 105 Nm at 6,250 rpm.
With the added upgrades, the Adventure Sport variant sees a slight price increase. The Standard model retains its previous pricing, while the Adventure Sport is now offered at a premium, reflecting the enhanced features and performance it brings to the table.
The Africa Twin faces competition from the likes of the BMW R 1250 GS and the Triumph Tiger 900 in the Vietnamese market. Honda’s latest offering is expected to hit the showrooms from February 15, providing riders with a capable and exciting adventure companion.
