Mitsubishi Achieves Record-Breaking Sales of Over 41,000 Units in 2024, Thanks to the Success of Xpander, Xforce, and Triton

Mitsubishi Vietnam has recorded its highest-ever annual sales, with an impressive 41,198 units sold in 2024, marking a remarkable 33% year-on-year growth. This success is attributed to the enduring popularity of the Xpander, a favorite among Vietnamese customers, as well as the strong performance of two new models: the Xforce and the updated Triton.

In 2024, the Xforce dominated the highly competitive B-SUV segment, selling an outstanding 14,407 units despite only being officially released in March of that year. Its competitive pricing, design that appeals to Vietnamese tastes, and class-leading features in terms of comfort and safety have made the Xforce a standout choice in the market. Going into 2025, the Xforce is expected to maintain its momentum and solidify its position in the segment. According to the distributor, the Xforce is in high demand, with a constant backlog of pre-orders.

Meanwhile, the Xpander continued its reign as the best-selling vehicle in the domestic combustion engine market for the second consecutive year, with 19,498 units delivered in 2024. It also maintained its leadership in the B-sized MPV segment for the sixth year in a row. With its reliability, youthful design, well-appointed features, and reasonable price point, the Xpander has solidified its position as a top-selling model in Vietnam for several years.

From December 16, 2024, to January 25, 2025, customers who bring their vehicles in for service and maintenance at authorized Mitsubishi Motors Vietnam distributors will be able to enjoy discounts of up to 30% on genuine parts and chemicals.
