The 2025 Honda Cross Cub 50: A Youthful and Dynamic Design

Despite the discontinuation of the Honda Super Cub 50 in Japan, similar models continue to be widely sold and favored by the people of this nation. The Cross Cub is an excellent example. Honda has recently announced the launch of a new version of this model.

Honda Cross Cub 50 for 2025 is designed based on the Super Cub with inspiration drawn from motocross bikes. It features a wingless design, giving it a mini-off-road bike feel.

The Honda Cross Cub 50 boasts a durable backbone-style frame, front telescopic suspension, dual-spring rear shocks, and traditional drum brakes.

The 14-inch spoked rims evoke a retro feel, complemented by 70/100 front and 80/100 rear tires, enhancing agility in both urban and off-road settings.

The 2025 Honda Cross Cub 50 retains the trusted 49cc single-cylinder engine, air-cooled, delivering 3.7 horsepower at 7,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 3.8 Nm at 5,500 rpm. It offers impressive fuel efficiency, achieving 94 km per liter of gasoline.

In addition to the standard version, Honda offers the Cross Cub 50 in a special Kumamon edition. This variant features unique decorations with the iconic red-cheeked Kumamon bear, famous in Japan.

The 2025 Honda Cross Cub 50 is priced at 308,000 yen (approximately 67 million VND), while the Kumamon edition costs 319,000 yen (around 70 million VND).
