At least three Maserati dealerships are forced to shut down by 2024 due to the brand’s declining sales.

According to Carscoops, in the first nine months of the year, Italian car manufacturer Maserati delivered only 8,600 vehicles, a significant 58.3% decrease compared to the 20,600 cars sold in the same period in 2023. As a result of the declining sales, several Maserati dealerships are facing closure.

In 2024, at least three Maserati dealerships closed down in France, including one in the city of Rennes. While this is unfortunate news for local fans of the Maserati brand, it could be an opportunity for those looking to purchase a Maserati at a softer price. These dealerships are liquidating their inventory, which means potential discounts.

ItalPassion reports that CLG Motors is selling no less than 13 Maserati models. These include brand-new, untouched vehicles, as well as some that have only been driven for delivery purposes, and others that are pre-owned and more affordable.

The most expensive model on offer is the 2024 GranTurismo Trofeo. This car has barely been driven, with only 84 km on the odometer, and originally retailed for 255,998 Euros (~6.7 billion VND) in France. However, the starting bid for this auction is just 80,000 Euros (~2.1 billion VND). It’s hard to predict how high the bidding will go, but it’s likely to be lower than the original retail price.

Another vehicle up for “clearance” is the 2024 Levante Modena Ultima, which is practically brand new with only 42 km on the ODO. This car originally retailed for over 157,000 Euros (~4.1 billion VND), but the starting bid for the auction is just 60,000 Euros (~1.6 billion VND). Additionally, there are two unused models: the Grecale GT Hybrid, starting at 40,000 Euros (~1.05 billion VND), and the Grecale Hybrid, starting at 30,000 Euros (~789 million VND).

There are also some pre-owned models with very attractive prices, such as the 2021 Quattroporte Trofeo with 58,631 km on the clock, being offered at a starting bid of 20,000 Euros (~526 million VND).
