2025 Hyundai Santa Fe PHEV Spotted Testing in South Korea

The 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe PHEV is anticipated to employ the Korean brand’s latest hybrid system, offering an all-electric range of up to 100 km. This range is double that of the previous model, which was approximately 50 km.

In the older generation, the Hyundai Santa Fe PHEV utilized a 1.6L T-GDI engine paired with an electric motor, generating a combined output of 261 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque. The new model is promised to bring improvements in performance and fuel efficiency, according to the company.

In terms of design, the new Hyundai Santa Fe PHEV is expected to be identical to the standard models, except for the “Plug-in” badge on the rear hatch above the taillights. The interior also remains largely unchanged, except for some new display graphics and additional hybrid-related information on the instrument cluster or central screen.
