Under the hood, the BMW 2800CS is powered by a 2.8L inline-6 naturally aspirated engine. This carbureted powerplant produces 168 horsepower and 234 Nm of torque, delivered to the rear wheels. The engine is paired with an automatic transmission, a luxurious feature for its time, over half a century ago.
