On January 15, 2025, Peugeot Vietnam was honored to receive the Excellence Award in the “Dedicated to Customers” category at the Peugeot Awards 2024 hosted by Peugeot Global.
The event gathered over 200 Peugeot distributors worldwide, with a jury comprising executives and brand managers.
The Peugeot Awards: Celebrating Outstanding Contributions and Fostering Creativity
The Peugeot Awards is an annual event that recognizes the outstanding contributions of Peugeot car distributors globally. It acknowledges their successful implementation of excellent projects in 2024. The awards aim to promote innovation, creativity, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the brand’s position.
Peugeot Vietnam Receives the Award
Mrs. Linda Jackson, CEO of Peugeot Global, presented the award to Peugeot Vietnam for their outstanding project in the “Dedicated to Customers” category.
Nine categories were contested: Dedicated to Customers, Best EV Market Share Growth, Best Market Share Growth, Breakthrough Innovation, Best EV Promotion, CSR, Most Attractive Media Campaign, Most Effective Social Media Content Creation, and the Special Award – Grand Prix.
With a range of notable activities, Peugeot Vietnam personalized the customer journey, achieving an impressive NPS score of 99.1%.
The award ceremony was held in Paris, France, graced by Mrs. Linda Jackson, along with leaders from the headquarters, regional managers, and global distributor representatives. THACO AUTO’s leadership and the Peugeot Vietnam team also attended this prestigious event.
Peugeot Vietnam Puts Customers at the Heart of Their Business
At the ceremony, Mr. Dam Dinh Thong, Vice President of THACO AUTO, shared, “With our multi-brand development strategy and over 27 years of establishment, THACO AUTO has always placed customers at the heart of our business operations, embodying the spirit of ‘Dedicated Service.’ This award, coupled with a 16% growth in sales in 2024, is a testament to the dedication of our over 500 personnel nationwide. It is also a remarkable achievement after 12 years of relentless efforts to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction, solidifying Peugeot’s position in Vietnam.”
Peugeot Vietnam organized various activities to enhance customers’ affinity for the brand.
Mr. Thong also highlighted THACO AUTO’s project, which focused on personalization, offering customers options like online product selection and test drives at home. Additionally, they implemented after-sales programs, including a 5-year warranty with unlimited mileage, Mobile Service for on-site customer care, Mobility Service for temporary transportation during vehicle repairs, and the Peugeot Car Care Day workshop with expert advice. Service infrastructure improvements and employee training were also prioritized. Digital solutions, such as appointment scheduling through Facebook, the website, and the Peugeot App, enhanced convenience and direct feedback, ultimately improving service quality. A notable event in 2024 was the Family Festival and the Peugeot Club 3-Region Reunion, strengthening brand awareness and community connections among Peugeot enthusiasts.
Peugeot experts provided consultancy and shared maintenance knowledge at the Car Care workshop.
As a result of these efforts, Peugeot Vietnam achieved an impressive NPS score of 99.1% in Q4 and 98.3% for the full year of 2024. Mr. Thong expressed his gratitude for the trust and support of their valued customers, acknowledging that this success would not have been possible without them.
The Mobile Service initiative brought vehicle repair services to customers’ doorsteps, saving them time and providing convenience.
Embodying the “Dedicated to Customers” spirit, THACO AUTO’s guiding principle aligns with Peugeot Global’s focus for 2025. Mrs. Linda Jackson emphasized, “Achievements in sales figures would be meaningless if service quality is not prioritized. This is something Peugeot cannot do alone; it requires the collective effort and commitment of our distributors to achieve this common goal.”
