At approximately 7:55 PM last night, on February 16, 2025, a notable traffic accident occurred on the old National Highway 1B in the Gia Bay neighborhood, Dong Bam Ward, Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province. The incident was captured by a dashboard camera in a car and a camera inside a residential building.

According to initial information, at the aforementioned time, a Toyota Corolla Altis sedan, with license plate number 20A-250.xx, was being driven by Ms. Do Viet A. (50 years old, residing in Cho Chu Town, Dinh Hoa District, Thai Nguyen Province) as it exited an alley onto the old National Highway 1B. As the car was crossing the road, it suddenly sped forward and crashed into the living room of a residential house.
At that time, Mr. Tran Duc B. (54 years old) and a young boy were sitting in the living room watching television. Upon hearing a loud noise, Mr. B. rushed towards the door and was hit by the car. The strong collision caused him to fall to the floor and be pushed against the wall. Fortunately, he did not sustain serious injuries. Meanwhile, the boy, who had been sitting on a chair, managed to stand up just in time to avoid the collapsing door.
The Toyota Corolla Altis ended up entirely inside the living room.
At the accident site, the Toyota Corolla Altis sustained damage to its front end. Additionally, the car collided with and destroyed two wooden doors of the residence.

Initial checks indicated that the female driver of the Toyota car had no alcohol in her system. The Traffic Police Team of the Thai Nguyen City Police is currently investigating and clarifying the cause of this accident.
