The video footage shows a man riding a motorcycle lying back on the seat with his feet up and hands-free.

On the afternoon of February 21, social media platforms were ablaze with a clip capturing a man performing a stunt while riding his motorcycle.

The incident took place on Le Loi Street in Vinh City, Nghe An Province.

As seen in the video, while riding on Le Loi Street, near Cho Cua Bac market, the man riding the motorcycle with license plate 37N6 – 2704 indicated a lane change and then suddenly leaned back, raising both his hands and feet in the air, allowing the motorcycle to move freely.

Subsequently, law enforcement authorities intervened to identify and address the situation.
