Xanh SM Introduces Xanh SM Premium – A Luxury Transport Service with High-Quality VinFast VF e34 and Future Nerio Green Vehicles
Along with a new fleet of vehicles, the Xanh SM Premium service also offers an upgraded, professional, and brand-worthy experience.
Replacing the now-discontinued Xanh SM Luxury, Xanh SM Premium is a high-end taxi service featuring spacious and comfortable VinFast VF e34 vehicles (with plans to introduce Nerio Green cars in the future) that come with a range of additional amenities.
Xanh SM Premium’s taxi service offers a luxurious experience with the VF e34 (and future Nerio Green) vehicles, complete with extra features.
In terms of amenities, all Xanh SM Premium vehicles are equipped with free Wi-Fi and a collection of instrumental music. Passengers are also offered complimentary drinks, candies, and sick bags upon request.
When it comes to service quality, Xanh SM Premium boasts a carefully selected and regularly screened team of drivers. Only those with a rating of 4.85 stars and above are eligible to drive for this premium service. In addition to individual drivers’ efforts, Xanh SM will provide continuous training and testing on etiquette, attitude, and respect for passengers’ privacy, ensuring that the service remains not only professional but also consistently excellent.
Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, Global CEO of GSM, shared: “As per our product roadmap and planning, we aim to offer four taxi services corresponding to the VinFast Green electric car models launching this year. In addition to Xanh SM Premium, which utilizes the VF e34 with added features (and will transition to Nerio Green in the future), and Xanh SM Car, a standard taxi service using basic VF e34 or VF 5 vehicles (to be known as Herio Green), we also plan to introduce Xanh SM Eco with Minio Green cars and Xanh SM Limo, offering a 7-seater Limo Green option. We believe that Xanh SM Premium and our upcoming services will provide customers with convenient and high-quality green transportation choices, thus significantly contributing to the green transportation revolution in Vietnam.”

To celebrate the launch, from February 26 to March 12, 2025, passengers using Xanh SM Premium will enjoy a 12% discount (up to 50,000 VND) on each trip, making the premium experience more accessible.
Customers can book a Xanh SM Premium ride through various channels, including the Xanh SM ride-hailing app, hailing a taxi on the street, or by calling the hotline 1900 2088.
