Recently, Minh Nhat Auction Joint-Stock Company announced the upcoming auction of a lot of confiscated assets to be forfeited to the State budget, including four vehicles managed by the Office of the Investigative Police Agency, Ha Tinh Provincial Police.
Specifically, this lot comprises a Land Rover Range Rover in white (manufactured in 2016 in the UK); a black Lexus RX350 (produced in 2015 in Canada); a white Toyota Corrola (made in 2015 in China); and a white Landwind X7 (manufactured in 2016 in China).
This lot of vehicles is, in fact, confiscated evidence and means of administrative violations, forfeited to the State budget. The starting price for this lot is VND 2 billion 650 million, excluding taxes, fees, and other financial obligations.
To participate in the auction, bidders must submit a deposit of VND 500 million and a fee of VND 200,000 per application. The auction will be conducted through indirect postal bidding, with an ascending price format. Each bid increment is VND 30 million. The timeline for selling and receiving application dossiers for auction participation is from March 17 to April 1. The announcement of the winning bid will take place on April 4.
